2. About DirLingua Language House

DirLingua Language House is a professional language education and coaching institution operating under LeadMe Group.

We provide trainings, workshops, assessments and certifications across multiple languages and communication skills, both online and in-person.

3. Eligibility

To enrol in our courses or use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws.

4. Enrolment & Payments

  1. Enrolment is confirmed only after payment is received or a signed agreement is submitted.
  2. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of class cancellation initiated by DirLingua Language House.
  3. DirLingua Language House reserves the right to modify course schedules, trainers or delivery modes (online/in-person) when necessary.
  4. All fees are listed in [USD/LBP] and may be subject to change with prior notice.
  5. Late or partial payments may result in suspension of access to classes or certification.

5. Attendance & Conduct

Students and participants are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
  • Respect instructors, staff members and fellow learners.
  • Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory or unethical behaviour.
  • Avoid recording, reproducing or distributing class content without written permission.

DirLingua Language House reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, logos and educational content provided by DirLingua Language House or LeadMe Group are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any materials without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

7. Trainer & Partner Obligations

Trainers, coaches and partners affiliated with DirLingua Language House agree to uphold the standards of confidentiality, ethics and professional conduct outlined in their agreements and internal policies.

Any breach may lead to termination of engagement and legal action.

8. Certificates & Assessments

  • Certificates of completion or achievement are awarded only upon fulfilling attendance, participation and assessment requirements.
  • DirLingua Language House reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance, plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
  • Certificates can be verified online through our official certification portal.

9. Limitation of Liability

DirLingua Language House and LeadMe Group shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Interruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service providers or force majeure events.
  • Personal losses, data breaches beyond reasonable control or student misrepresentation.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course or service in question.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may link to third-party websites or applications.

We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of these external sites. Use them at your own discretion.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Students may withdraw from a training within five (5) working days of registration for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
  • No refunds are issued after the course begins, except in cases of verified medical or humanitarian emergencies.
  • In case of training cancellation by DirLingua Language House, participants may choose between a full refund or course transfer.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as outlined therein.

13. Code of Ethics

All participants, staff and trainers are expected to adhere to DirLingua Language House’s Code of Ethics, which emphasises professionalism, cultural sensitivity and respect.

Any violations may result in disciplinary action.

14. Force Majeure

DirLingua Language House shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics or governmental restrictions.
