1. Registration and Payment
Enrolment in any course, programme or event at DirLingua Language House is confirmed only after registration is completed and the required payment (full or partial) has been received.
2. Course Cancellation (Language Courses & Programmes)
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify DirLingua in writing via email or official communication channel.
Before Course Start
- 7+ days before the course start date: Full refund minus any registration or administrative fees.
- 3–6 days before the course start date: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- Less than 72 hours before the course start date: No refund will be issued.
Before Course Start
- Once the course has started, no refunds will be granted.
- Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless approved in exceptional circumstances.
3. Transfers and Deferrals
Students may request to transfer to another session or defer their enrolment if space is available.
- Requests must be made before the second class.
- Transfers are subject to administrative approval.
- Only one transfer per registration is permitted.
4. Missed Classes
Missed classes due to personal reasons are not refundable and cannot be replaced. DirLingua Language House may provide alternative solutions such as materials or recordings when available.
5. Events, Workshops, Webinars and Seminars
This section applies to all short-format activities including workshops, webinars, seminars, networking events, language exchanges and public talks.
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the event: Participants may receive a full refund or credit toward another event.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: No refund or credit will be provided.
- If DirLingua Language House cancels the event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend a future event.
6. Accelerators, Intensive Programmes and Bootcamps
Accelerators, intensive programmes, professional tracks, and bootcamps require dedicated resources and limited seats.
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the programme start date: 70% refund of the programme fee.
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the programme start date: 30% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before start, or after the programme begins: No refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation by DirLingua Language House
DirLingua Language House reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any course, programme or event due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to another available session or event.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7- 14 business days.
9. Special Circumstances
Refund or transfer requests due to serious medical issues or emergencies may be reviewed individually at the discretion of DirLingua Language House management.
10. Policy Acceptance
By registering for any course, accelerator, workshop, webinar, seminar or event organised by DirLingua Language House, participants confirm that they have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
