1. Attendance Requirement
Regular attendance is essential for successful participation in courses at DirLingua Language House. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
Participants are allowed to miss a maximum of 10% of the total course hours. Exceeding this limit may result in:
- Ineligibility for a course certificate
- Removal from the course without refund
- Requirement to repeat the course or specific sessions
2. Absence Allowance
a. Courses with 60-Minute Sessions

b. Courses with 90-Minute Sessions

3. Late Arrivals
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked partially absent for the session. Repeated lateness may accumulate toward the total absence allowance.
4. Missed Classes
Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, except when DirLingua Language House cancels the session.
5. Certificates
To receive a certificate of completion, participants must:
- Attend at least 90% of the total course hours.
- Complete any required coursework or participation activities.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Absences due to medical emergencies or serious circumstances may be reviewed by DirLingua Language House management. Supporting documentation may be required.
7. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course at DirLingua Language House, participants agree to comply with this Attendance Policy.
